• Profile Data: Profile picture, display name, and bio you choose to share.

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for push notifications.
• Usage Data: App interaction data such as features used and time spent, to improve user experience.

3 How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Enable social features including posting, commenting, liking, following, and direct messaging.
• Send push notifications for relevant activity (likes, comments, follows, messages).
• Enforce our community guidelines and respond to reports of abuse or violations.
• Improve, maintain, and optimize the App's performance and user experience.
• Comply with legal obligations.

4 Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Firebase Cloud Storage. Firebase implements industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest.

While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but take reasonable measures to protect your data.

5 Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Public Content: Posts, profile information, and comments are visible to other registered users of the App.
• Direct Messages: Messages are only visible to the participants of the conversation.
• Service Providers: We use Google Firebase for infrastructure. Their privacy practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

6 Your Rights & Choices

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access & Update: You can view and edit your profile information at any time through the App.
• Delete Your Account: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Delete Account within the App, or by visiting our Account Deletion Page.
• Block & Report: You can block and report other users to control your social experience.
• Notifications: You can manage notification permissions through your device settings.

7 Children's Privacy

HHF Social is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

8 Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App's services. When you delete your account, we permanently remove your profile, posts, messages, and associated data from our systems. Some data may be retained in backups for a limited period before being permanently deleted.
